Based in Guildford, Surrey as a Digital Project Manager / Web Project Manager / Web Producer you will be joining a remarkable mix of website designers and internet marketing experts who create lead-generating websites for all sizes of clients from small local companies to multinational corporations and household names.

You will be handling the full project lifecycle on digital projects covering requirement gathering to budgetary control and workflow management. As a vital member of the team, the Digital Project Manager will play a key part in the overall success and smooth delivery of exciting digital marketing projects. In more detail your duties will include the following:

  • To interpret the client’s brief and translate this into a set of clearly defined deliverables including comprehensive documentation (project schedules, wireframes, etc).
  • To define the scope and timings of projects.
  • To constantly seek out new ways to enhance and add value to any proposed digital concepts.
  • To ensure that creative and technical quality is upheld throughout the project management process.
  • To manage and work closely with in-house and external developers.

Responsible for delivering engaging digital marketing and web projects, it is essential you have had a previous background in a digital or an integrated agency with a thorough knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing: SEO, PPC, Social Media, website development and email marketing techniques and how they work together.

Ultimately your CV should demonstrate: experience working within a digital / new media /web agency; a strong understanding of Agile project management processes; a technical knowledge (HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Adobe Suite) particularly with CMSs (in particular Drupal); and a knowledge of all things web.
